
Our Bovale grapevines grow on the hills of Marmilla.
After these black grapes are collected, macerated and pressed, they produce the juice that gives birth to our four Bovale wines.
The last part of our winemaking process consists in a small but precious artisanal phase, starting with the grape skin pomace, which is used for distillation. After 12 months of ageing in oak barrique, the magic comes: a Bovale based grappa, aged in barrique, with a unique taste and golden hues.
