The Cask-matured
artisanal grappa

Our Bovale vineyards are on the slopes of the Marmilla hills. These black grapes produce the nectar from which our 4 Bovale wines are made. The final processing cycle is the distillation of the pomace to produce a small amount of fine artisanal grappa. After twelve months in oak casks the magic is complete and we have a cask-aged Bovale grappa with a unique flavour and golden highlights.
