Vinitaly returns from 14 to 17 April
The appointment with Vinitaly returns from 14 to 17 April, the international wine exhibition, organized by the Verona Fair, now in its 56th edition, which attracts over 4,000 exhibitors from all over Italy and half the world and has over 150,000 visitors.
As per tradition we will be present for the four days of tastings with our wines inside Pavilion 8 at stand D6, in front of the Sardinia Region Stand. An opportunity to discover the cellar’s new vintages and new projects. We look forward to seeing you at Vinitaly.

Easter Monday among the rows of the vineyard
On April 1st we celebrate Easter Monday with our special event “Pasquetta en Rose”, the event dedicated to our Bovale rosé Nina Rosé with a day immersed in the greenery of the spring rows. The event is scheduled to start at 11am and will continue until 7pm. The day will be characterized by guided tastings, street food, lots of music and entertainment for the little ones.

The appointment with the stars in marmilla returns on March 24th
Final preparations for the new 2024 edition of “Le Stelle in Marmilla”, organized by the Su’entu winery and now in its fourth edition. Guests of the day on the Marmilla hills were Chef Giovanni Pireddu, originally from Villaurbana, but long since transplanted to France where he leads the kitchen of his restaurant “Tentazioni”, in the heart of Bordeaux and awarded the Michelin Star and in 15th place as best restaurant Italian in the world of the 50 Top Italy. The second chef Giuliano Baldessari, born in Trentino, raised in the kitchens of “Il Luogo” of Aimo and Nadia and of “Le Calandre”, since 2014 has created his “Aqua Crua” not far from Vicenza, a temple of cuisine that attracts enthusiasts from all over Italy and beyond, awarded with the Michelin Star since 2015. The third guest arrives from the room and is the sommelier Luca Gardini, Romagna DOC, Best Sommelier in Italy 2004, Best Sommelier in Europe 2009 and Best Sommelier of the World 2010, today managing the Wine Guide of “L’Espresso”.
The start of the event is scheduled for 11:00, from which it will be possible to start tasting Su’entu wines, at 12:00 in the conference room there will be space for in-depth analysis with the tasting dedicated to Bovale, under the guidance of Luca Gardini and the journalists Francesco Bruno Fadda and Lara De Luna, and the administrator of Su’entu Valeria Pilloni. From 1.00pm in the tasting room and on the panoramic terrace, the starred street food curated by chefs Pireddu and Baldassari will begin, each of whom will offer two dishes. From the afternoon there will be space for show cooking: at 3pm Chef Pireddu will cook and talk with Giulia Salis and the founder of Su’entu Salvatore Pilloni, while at 4pm Chef Giuliano Baldessari will be in the company of journalist Ivan Paone and Roberta Pilloni. At 5pm on the terrace there will be the live closing of the day with the notes of Laura Cabras. The event is expected to close at 7pm.
Valeria and Roberta Pilloni who lead Su’entu, underline how: “Le Stelle in Marmilla is an event we are particularly fond of, having starred chefs, great wine experts and journalists with us is an opportunity for growth in which guests bring their own story and experience.”
Arieddas enters the Espresso Restaurant Guide
The new L’Espresso Restaurant Guide was presented on Tuesday 21 November in Milan, a selection of the best 1000 Italian restaurants, from which our Arieddas, awarded with a Hat, was also selected.

Cellars Open at Christmas and December in Su’entu
The appointment with Cantine Aperte a Natale returns on 3 December, the event promoted by the Wine Tourism Movement and organized by the Su’entu winery, within its spaces in Sanluri.
The event is scheduled to start at 3pm with the opening of the tasting stands and guided tours of the barrel cellar, while from 4.30pm the delivery of letters to Santa Claus with whom you can take some photos.
For those with a sweet tooth, starting from 4pm there will be the opening of the Street Food curated by the award-winning Piero Ditrizio of the Cagliari pastry shop of the same name and his unmissable husbandzzo. Ditrizio will also be the protagonist of the workshop “The desserts and wines of the holidays” at 5.30pm with Valeria Pilloni, administrator of the Su’entu winery.
The lighting of the new Christmas Tree is scheduled for 5pm accompanied by festive music, while at 6pm there will be a Christmas concert by “Loungedelica”.
With Cantine Aperte at Christmas a wide calendar of events opens up in Su’entu which will always be open during the month of December except for December 25th. The events on the calendar are scheduled for December 17th with the Christmas Aperitif from 6.00 pm, for the Boxing Day Aperitif on the 26th and finally for December 31st with the double appointment with the special menu of the restaurant among the vineyards Arieddas and the cellar party, to find out the details of the events and to book follow our social channels.

Three glasses to Su’nico Bovale Marmilla IGT
Last October 15th the presentation of the Gambero Rosso Wine Guide, one of the most important sector guides dedicated to the world of wine, was held in Rome. On this occasion, the “Three Glasses” were also awarded to wines rated as excellent by the curators. Recognition also assigned to our Su’nico Bovale Marmilla IGT 2021, for us the fourth time with this wine (in the past the 2016, 2018, 2020 vintages were awarded), but the emotion is always as great as the first time. A very particular vintage is 2021, the tenth vintage of this wine, characterized by great freshness, cleanliness and structure, in which the commitment put into the work in the vineyard and in the cellar with the supervision of Alberto Antonini are expressed at their best.
To celebrate the ten vintages, last October 29th in the cellar we hosted “I Love Bovale”, a day dedicated to Bovale marked by a series of events with a guided tasting of the four vintages awarded by Gambero Rosso and curated by the journalist and sommelier Ivan Paone and by restaurant manager Gianluca Buttarelli of the starred Fradis Minoris in Nora.
The Merano Wine Festival, which took place from 4 to 6 November, was also an opportunity to talk about Bovale, in fact during the event The Winehunter Gold were awarded respectively for Su’diterra Bovale Marmilla IGT 2022, Su’nico Bovale Marmilla IGT 2021 and for Su’oltre Marmilla IGT 2019.
Recognitions are never an end, but a stimulus to improve one’s commitment to enhance the native vines inserted in the territorial context endowed with great charm and history such as Marmilla.
Mediterranean Vermentino
Everything is ready in the cellar for the fourth edition of Mediterraneo Vermentino, the event promoted by Su’entu and dedicated to the grape variety that best represents the Mediterranean basin. This year the wineries of the DOC Vermentino di Sardegna will be guests, the Olianas winery of Gergei and the Iolei company of Oliena, the wineries of the DOCG Vermentino di Gallura Atlantis of Berchidda and the Canu winery of Luogosanto. Furthermore, the National Vermentino Competition will be present with a selection of national and international Vermentinos.
